Refund policy

At Confashionall, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom orders, digital downloads.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@confashionall.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any products that have been used, washed, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
